Chase Suite Hotels in Brea was the BEST hotel experience ever!! From the front desk staff to the cooks to the Maintenance staff and housekeeping team; EVERYONE without exception was extremely courteous and professional!! I stayed for six weeks on business; time and time again when I had questions or concerns I was always met with enthusiasm and thorough resolution. Everything was beyond my expectations; from the breakfast and social hour to the billing and quick fixing of minor maintenance issues. I cannot single out anyone in particular because the entire staff was excellent!! I will ALWAYS select Chase Suites first for my hotel option!! Kudos to the entire team of superlative, superior employees and managers!!!

My Husband and I stayed here for two nights during Our mini Getaway from san diego, and we were both very pleased with the size of Our King Suite w/ Kitchen.
Kitchen had basic utensils and a frying pan and pot to cook, I only wish they had an oven tray for us to bake our food. ( that was the only thing we were disappointed in)

They had a pool and jacuzzi, which we were unable to enjoy, but it looked very clean, and we saw others enjoying them both :)
Housekeeping came in and made our bed, and gave us fresh towels while we were out. We came home and were surprised to see that they had come in. So, if you don't want them to come in, then be sure to hang your "DO NOT DISTURB" sign.
