Reservation Policies- Know Before You Go

Credit Card/Check In Policy

At the Chase Suite Hotel we do require a major credit card for all guests checking in. Please click here to see our full credit card policy. Check in time is 3pm, while checkout time is 12pm. We additionally require that the registering guest is over the age of 19.

Cancellation Policy

Standard cancellation policy requires cancellation by 3pm the day prior to arrival however, customers should consult rate rules for each reservation for specific restrictions. For certain rates, rooms and/or special events (for example, advance purchase rates and group rates), changes to the reservation may not be permitted once booked. Cancellation charges apply if a reservation is changed or cancelled after the deadline identified in the rate rules. Please contact the hotel directly if you require clarification of your cancellation policy.

Pets Welcome!

Chase Suite Hotel understands that when the family is on the move you don’t want to leave family members behind. This is why our pet policy allows you to include all your loved ones. Our apartment-style accommodations and gracious grounds give your pets easy access to the outdoors and lots of room to explore. When you bring a pet there will be an additional fee of $150. An additional $250 refundable deposit will be charged at check-in for damages and cleaning fees, which will be refunded at check-out, once the room has been inspected. Maximum of 1 pet allowed per room. For further information please contact the front desk.

Children's Policy

Children 16 & under do stay free when staying in a room with accompanying adults as long as the total occupancy of the room does not exceed the maximum. Some package rates may include children's fees to cover the cost of package inclusions such as attraction tickets or transportation costs.
