Booked this hotel just needing a quiet staycation with the hubby and kids. The room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff very courteous and professional. Enjoyed our stay so much we decided to book an additional night. We will definitely visit again. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. Very close to a lot of stores.

Absolutely wonderful service and accommodations. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was so spacious and luxurious. We went to Disneyland for 3 days. After the 1st night we moved to a different room (my fault for booking at the last minute). While we were out, the housekeepers moved all our stuff to the new room. It was wonderful not to have to worry about that.

Absolutely loved our stay! First time with Chase. Certainly won't be the last. The room was fantastice! Part of our booking included Sparkling wine and a box of Godiva chocolates because we booked for Valentines Day. When we checked in, I inquired on the chocolates telling the front desk attendant that I had been waiting all morning to get to these chocolates..lol... He let me know they were in our room waiting for us, then he disappeared to the back office, came back out with a candy dish full of chocolates to offer to hubby and I. He said this should tide me over until I get to the room..LOL!!! What a sweetheart, he went the extra mile for his guests. I wish I had gotten his name, bummer, IT's THE LITTLE THINGS. ((hugs))
