A Chase Suite Hotel Brea is a non-smoking hotel. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy place for the well-being of its guests, visitors and employees. As such, we strictly adhere to this policy. This non-smoking/vaping policy applies to all areas of hotel occupied by our guests and employees. (Smoking is defined as the "act of lighting, smoking or carrying a lighted or smoldering cigar, cigarette or pipe of any kind." Vaping refers to the use of electronic nicotine delivery systems or electronic smoking devices such as e-cigarettes, e-pipes, e-hookahs and e-cigars).
Smoking and/or vaping is permitted only in a designated outdoor area, please ask our Front Desk for exact location. Chase Suite Hotel will assess a fee of $250 to guests that choose to smoke in the guest rooms.
A Yes, we welcome all well-mannered dogs. A Pet Fee of $75 per pet is due upon check-in. Our pet-friendly rooms are limited, so please call the hotel in advance to secure your accommodation.
A "refundable deposit" of $250 (or $350 for 2 dogs) is also required during check-in. If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed, the hotel may charge additionally to cover the costs of repair/cleaning.
