What is the Check-In Policy for Chase Suite Hotel Brea-Fullerton, CA?

Guests must provide a major credit card at check-in to secure their room charges and incidentals. All stays require a security deposit. Your credit card will be authorized for the deposit at the time of check-in. We will refund this deposit upon checkout and room inspection.

Do You Have A No Party Policy?

What Is Check-In/Check-Out Time?

Check-in time begins at 4 p.m., and checkout is no later than 11 a.m.

What is your cancelation and no-show policy?

Cancelations made after 3 pm the day prior to arrival are subject to a fee that equals to 1-night room charge and tax. Failure to arrive and check in at the hotel will be treated as a No Show and will incur a fee that equals to 1-night room charge and tax.

Do You Allow Smoking On Property?

Chase Suite Hotel  Brea-Fullerton, CA is a non-smoking hotel. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy place for the well-being of our guests, visitors, and employees. As such, we strictly adhere to this policy. This non-smoking/vaping policy applies to all areas of the hotel occupied by our guests and employees. Smoking and/or vaping is permitted only in a designated outdoor area. Please ask our Front Desk for the exact location. Chase Suite Hotel will assess a fee of $250 to guests who smoke in the guest rooms.

Do You Have On-Site Parking? How Much Is Parking? Is It Included In My Room Rate?

The hotel offers free self-parking area for our guests. During check-in, please bring your vehicle information to register.

Do You Have Elevators?

Our hotel does not have elevators. Please note that our two-bedroom suites and our main meeting room are located on the second floor and are accessible by stairs.

Do You Have a Pool?

We offer an outdoor swimming pool for your enjoyment. An outdoor grill and hot tub are also available for our guests to use free of charge.

Do You Allow Pets?

Yes, we welcome all well-mannered dogs. A Pet Fee of $75 per pet is due upon check-in. Our pet-friendly rooms are limited, so please call the hotel in advance to secure your accommodation.
A "refundable deposit" of $250 (or $350 for two dogs) is also required during check-in. If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed, the hotel may charge additionally to cover the costs of repair/cleaning.
