You are allowed to bring water and snacks to the museum. However, there is no designated space for guests to sit and eat, as the dining area is reserved for the on-site café customers.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

The Museum normally does not give refund of tickets already purchased. However, the tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
