Lots of room and such a convenient location. Room was very nice and clean, staff wonderful and friendly. I felt very safe in the townhouse-feel suite hotel. I felt homey. Breakfast was great, (we were there for 6 days with 6 different hot selections. which I truly appreciated since I was in a San Diego hotel for 3 days with the same selections each day). I think they’re doing renovations to parts of the property as there was boxes, furniture in the driveway (which didn’t impede coming or going) but didn’t hear any noise. I’m sure the suite I was in will be next, and I would love to see that! So many shopping areas for all kinds of stuff all within 4 -8 minutes in car: groceries, clothing, outlets, even music things (I had to find music plugs...low and behold 8 minutes away) I will definitely come back!

Staff was very friendly and professional. Would definitely revisit in the future. The room was fresh and very clean. This hotel thinks of everything!

Absolutely loved our stay! First time with Chase. Certainly won't be the last. The room was fantastice! Part of our booking included Sparkling wine and a box of Godiva chocolates because we booked for Valentines Day. When we checked in, I inquired on the chocolates telling the front desk attendant that I had been waiting all morning to get to these chocolates..lol... He let me know they were in our room waiting for us, then he disappeared to the back office, came back out with a candy dish full of chocolates to offer to hubby and I. He said this should tide me over until I get to the room..LOL!!! What a sweetheart, he went the extra mile for his guests. I wish I had gotten his name, bummer, IT's THE LITTLE THINGS. ((hugs))
