Customer Service is excellent ...

Customer Service is excellent with the exception of 1 employee. Oh and house keeping isnt very thorough and doesn't care to change. My 2 daughters and myself have been staying here while between homes and have payed well into to 6 figures in a cpl months to stay here and it's proven to be a bad choice in hotels if you expect a clean room and washed dishes. Love the management and front desk staff though.

Overall a decent stay. ...

Overall a decent stay. It was convenient and comfortable. Rate was reasonable okay. I love that it is pet-friendly. You can easily walk to Whole Foods, Reborn coffee, and all the restaurants in that plaza. There’s a huge dog-park up the road that makes it super convenient if you have to take your dogs somewhere off-leash. With that said, there are some areas of opportunity that they can improve upon. Cleanliness is extremely important to me. Upon arriving in the room, I immediately smelled a musty odor. The counters had spots on them. The floors didn’t feel very clean. The shower faucet had calcium built up around it. It was certainly off-putting, but tolerable. The room needs better maintenance. The mirror has these strange circular patterns coming through from backside. Was it water damage? I have no clue. But it’s gross to see. When I went to use the shower, the lever to switch the tub faucet to the shower head completely broke off. I was late to a meeting because they had to fix it and I had to hang around outside with my dogs for an eternity while it was being fixed. The toilet kept running all day and night. I tried fiddling with the lever to make it stop, but it kept running. I used their washer and dryer to wash my clothes, and they ended up smelling awful. The bathroom light kept flickering. I paid well over $1k to stay here for several nights. These maintenance issues were totally unacceptable for what it costs to stay here. The bare minimum for any type of hotel should be that it is clean and well-maintained, even if the decor is dated. The service could be a lot better. When I called to tell the concierge about the level handle that broke off, I let her know that I had dogs and to send someone who feels comfortable with dogs. She sent someone who was super afraid of my dogs, and he seemed a bit angry with me for having them. When I checked in, I notified the concierge that I had my dogs. Then, when I went to do my laundry, the concierge was extremely rude and accused me of hiding pets in the room without disclosing it. She didn’t even ask. She just assumed that I was lying. I was totally offended. Don’t be a concierge if you’re going to be that rude (woman with long dark hair and glasses). Housekeeping “washed” the dishes and they still had soggy bits of food in them after they were “cleaned”. So disgusting. Housekeeping also left dirty rags in my room on the counter. The utter lack of attentiveness was pretty appalling. The room was spacious. Loved the kitchen. Area felt safe. Overall it was a decent and convenient stay, but I might try a different place next time because I was a bit disappointed.

We're a little disappointed ...

We're a little disappointed this trip. We always stay here but this time the sink backed up and the maintenance guy brought a shop vac in to suck the water out. He sucked out sewer gas that filled the room. Made my wife vomit and we demanded another room.
