Customer Service is excellent ...

Customer Service is excellent with the exception of 1 employee. Oh and house keeping isnt very thorough and doesn't care to change. My 2 daughters and myself have been staying here while between homes and have payed well into to 6 figures in a cpl months to stay here and it's proven to be a bad choice in hotels if you expect a clean room and washed dishes. Love the management and front desk staff though.

The room was comfy ...

The room was comfy enough and the rate was good. I didn't like the lack of support for USB charging and the decor was a little dated. Their undergoing a renovation on their breakfast, so breakfast was a little crowded and probably had fewer options than normal. Overall, I'd stay again if I was needed an extended stay in the Brea area and wanted to keep the costs reasonable.
