If they had a category called "value" I would have rated that as excellent. While the furniture and appliances were worn/old, considering the price for the type/size room they offer, it's a great value. I wasn't impressed with the customer service of this place, it ranged from ok to awful depending on who you're dealing with. I did not appreciate the hot tub not working while I was there, and I did not appreciate how much trouble they gave me when I insisted to they indicate on my check out statement whether or not I'd get my pet deposit back. Even though the customer service was bad, the value was great, so I'm unsure if I'll stay here again or not the next time I'm in town.

Stayed for a couple of weeks during March. Hands down its the best place in Brea - Placentia for an extended stay. Personnel is very friendly and helpful, rooms are kept in top shape. Beds are very comfortable and sheets are changed every fourth day. Get the suites with the full kitchen. Breakfast buffet gets a bit boring after a few days, but then again its a hotel, not a restaurant. If you plan to use the Internet access for anything besides checking your email; get a prepaid broadband device.
