Customer Service is excellent ...
Customer Service is excellent with the exception of 1 employee. Oh and house keeping isnt very thorough and doesn't care to change. My 2 daughters and myself have been staying here while between homes and have payed well into to 6 figures in a cpl months to stay here and it's proven to be a bad choice in hotels if you expect a clean room and washed dishes. Love the management and front desk staff though

othe cangi family stayed here from 3/03/12-3/29/12 we stayed here for awhile and we like the rooms. The beds are very comfortable and the room is nice. there was an issue once with the cleaner the maid used and us speaking with the staff again and asking questions , Again the office management did not like us speaking with anyone except themselves about any issue. so we had to leave agaain. If we had to write a book about our experiences i would say the same thing as hap klopp in his book :the adventure of leadership" there needs to be better leadership based on a respect for the individuals in order to allow for communicaTION WHICH IS POSITIVE AND SO EACH PARTICIPANT CAN EXPRESS THEIR FEELINGS AND THOUGHTS. tO DO OTHERWISE IS ACTUALLY HOSTILE TO EACH PERSON . If they had a ...
If they had a category called "value" I would have rated that as excellent. While the furniture and appliances were worn/old, considering the price for the type/size room they offer, it's a great value. I wasn't impressed with the customer service of this place, it ranged from ok to awful depending on who you're dealing with. I did not appreciate the hot tub not working while I was there, and I did not appreciate how much trouble they gave me when I insisted to they indicate on my check out statement whether or not I'd get my pet deposit back. Even though the customer service was bad, the value was great, so I'm unsure if I'll stay here again or not the next time I'm in town
