Hear From Our Happy Guests

The check in was easy. The location was on a main street close to stores as well as eating places. The 2 bedroom was large. We were on the bottom floor. We didn't hear any noise from the second floor . The cleanliness of the door frames,window frames as well as the curtains were lacking attention of NOT being cleaned. On the website the pictures show a fireplace. We couldn't figure out how to use the fireplace. We called the front desk and we were told that we would have to pay $10.00 for a log!!!! Say WHAT.?! We were also told that they were out of logs at that moment. That information should be stated on the website that you HAVE to pay extra money to use the fireplace that they are advertising and it is NOT FREE! Breakfast is from 7:00 -9:00 very small window.

The room was very nice with 2 tv's and a fireplace but the door was tricky and maids left it open (gaping) after they cleaned it. Luckily it's a pretty safe hotel and nothing was missing by the time I got back at the end of the day. The pool had a burning amount of clorine in it. Brought it up to the manager who didn't seem to care to check but just said that it was normal to have that much chlorine (ah no, it burned my eyes and was difficult to breathe near water level.) However otherwise the manager was nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good selection.

I like this place been here many times it was a little dirty the rooms for what you pay for
