I loved the rooms and the facilities. Very clean, well taken care of. The beds were comfy rooms spacious. Bonus that it had a fireplace. About 25 mins from disney. Fantastic breakfast it changes every day. Complementary happy hour with 2 free drinks and snacks. BBQ is available for a price. The area is quite it's a business area. Ok, negatives, there is no housekeeping, really, if you're staying long-term. But they will provide towels and tp if you ask. They are closed down at 7:45, so forget trying to uber food. Selections were slim. But plenty of grocery stores nearby and a mall. But a bit of a food delivery desert. Luckily, there was a full kitchen that worked perfectly. I would stay agian. Booking directly through them was the cheapest route the prices are very reasonable for the service. And a shout out to the ladies in the office always sweet and welcoming.

Great location, rooms are older but well maintained, very good breakfast, staff was pleasant but not extremely accommodating. There is now a $5 per night parking fee not mentioned anywhere until check-in. Staff could not explain what the $5 was for. Seems like just another add on fee to increase revenue without increasing the rates. There is not enough parking spaces for all the guests if all the rooms are occupied.
