Very average place. Right off a busy loud road so no matter what unit you get you will hear traffic noise. I was not impressed really at all. The only benefits to me were central AC and it looked like an apartment inside with a full size fridge which was nice. One really strange and unacceptable thing about this property: $250 hold on credit card even if you are staying one night. The hold was more than the entire cost of the room. That doesn't sit well with me and had I known I would've backed out of staying here. I've stayed at Ritz Carltons before that never even asked for that much.

We recently stayed at the Chase Suites in Brea. It was all we could ask for and more. Spacious, comfortable rooms, a really nice pool and the breakfast bar/happy hour were amazing. Carla and the rest of the staff made us feel right at home. When we visit the area again, we will be back!
